Form a New PTA Unit

If your school does not currently have a local PTA, the NDPTA is availalbe to help you form a new unit.  Local units are not limited to individual schools or districts.  A community group such as grandparents, business associations, or youth groups could form a PTA.   Membership is open to anyone who believes in the mission of the PTA. This includes parents, teachers, neighbors, relatives, businesses, and the community.

Anyone can take the first step towards organizing a local PTA unit. Contact the ND Memembership Extension Chair, Helane Robson at (701) 232-3299 for specific information about forming a local PTA.
