Reflections
The Reflections Program offers students the opportunity to create works of art for fun and recognition.  Students in preschool - 12th Grade are encouraged to create and submit works of art in the following areas:  literature, musical composition, photography, dance choreography, film/video production an dvisual arts (which includes art forms such as drawing, painting, print making, and collage).  The '07-08 Reflections Theme was, "I can make a difference by . . ."  Find out more!
 
Parent Involvement Schools of Excellecence
The Parent Invovlement Schools of Excellence Certification program provides schools with tools to assess and enhance thier commitment to parent involvement bsed on PTAs National Standards for Parent/Family Involvement Programs. 
 
After completing the assesment process and submitting an application, schools that meet the parent involvement standards and provide documentation become certified as Parent Invovlement Schools of Excellence.  Others can use the assessment process to develop a blueprint for improving the parent involvement practices and policies in their schools.

PTA, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), can help you connect to and explore the valuable resources for employment, training and career information.
 
 Back-to-School
Back-to-School program resources help PTAs get children ready for a successful school year, After School  resources promote the benefits of school-based after-school programs, and Teacher Appreciation Week in the spring provides ideas and resources to PTAs so they can recognize the contributions made by teachers to their children’s education. School Community Workshops
School/Community Workshops on student achievement, childhood nutrition, prevention of violence and bullying, and other topics provide a framework for PTAs to increase parent awareness of issues affecting their children.
THREE FOR ME!
Three for Me is a PTA program designed to effectively involve parents and families in support of children and their education. Three for Me will help schools, PTAs, parent groups, and other volunteer based organizations reach volunteer hours never thought possible. Learn how to tap into the many talents and skills that parents are happy to offer.
Building Successful Partnerships
Based on the National Standards for Parent/Family Involvement Programs, Building Successful Partnerships prepares attendees to speak to schools and communities about strengthening parent involvement and implementing parent involvement programs, plans, and policies in their local schools.
