NDPTA announces October 29, 2011 as the date of the next Annual Convention & Family Expo!
October 29, 2011 is fast approaching. Please plan to attend the North Dakota State Convention and Family Expo at Carl Ben Eielson Middle School in Fargo. This event will have something for everyone – moms, dads, students, teachers, administrators, school nurses, grandparents, and community supporters in general – PTA member or non-member. If you are interested in participating in this year’s convention as a sponsor or exhibitor, please complete the Convention & Family Expo Sponsorship Opportunities form and return to the state office.
The 2nd Annual Reflections Celebration
The North Dakota PTA would like to announce that the Reflections Dinner has been postponed until March of 2012. This change will:
- better coincide with the state Reflections competition timeline and National Youth Art Month.
- allow schools to better plan for Reflections winners at their schools to attend.
- allow our Minot members an opportunity to participate.
Refunds will be provided to those who have already paid. If you do not receive your refund by November 10th, please contact the state office.
The National PTA Reflections Program provides opportunities for students to express themselves artificially and to receive recognition for their efforts. A booth will be available at the NDPTA Convention next Saturday—so stop by and find out more!
